The Club has an appointed Welfare Officer who is George Howard for the 2022 season. George is responsible for safety and guardianship within the club during its games and events. The entire committee is responsible for full compliance with all legal and sporting provisions. A progress report is made to each AGM.
Home games are played at Sendholme which is a secure site with controlled access. Visitors with valuables can ask to have them stored in the club safe.
The private bar, which is for members only, is fully licenced by the local authority.
